Tempe Orthobiologics Guide
How to find orthobiologics in Tempe
How to choose the shorter drive
This page helps you choose a nearby clinic and plan the trip. Most Tempe addresses are closer to the Chandler location. People in northern Tempe may have a shorter drive to Scottsdale. Compare the travel from your own street before booking.
Orthobiologics are procedures using blood or marrow taken from you. A clinic separates one portion and puts it where your joint hurts. You'll still need an exam before choosing any procedure. Bring notes about the soreness so the clinician can use them.
How to reach the Chandler clinic
QC Kinetix provides regenerative choices using blood or marrow drawn from you at 1100 S. Dobson Rd., Suite 210, Chandler, AZ 85286. This is the Chandler location. From south Tempe, begin on McClintock Road. At the Chandler line, that street becomes Dobson Road.
Warner Ranch or the Kyrene corridor sits roughly five miles away. In other words, the clinic is nearby but not next door. The Lakes or Dava are about seven miles away. Central Tempe also has a direct trip south.
When Scottsdale may be closer
North Tempe is the main exception. People near Papago Park or Town Lake may reach Scottsdale sooner. That is especially possible above Curry Road. Compare both drives before you set the visit.
The ordinary-street route follows Scottsdale Road and Mountain View Road. The freeway route uses Loop 202 and Loop 101. Those freeways may help when local roads are slow. If someone drives you, share the address before leaving.
What to note before you leave home
Write down which activity brings on the soreness. Near Tempe Town Lake, note when the ache begins. On A Mountain, notice whether climbing or descending hurts more. During pickleball, name the quick move that bothers you.
Don't force a sore motion merely to test the joint. Your ordinary daily movement gives the clinician useful details. Take your medicines and records from earlier care. Call (602) 837-PAIN before leaving and confirm the appointment.

The AAOS third-edition clinical practice guideline on non-arthroplasty management of knee osteoarthritis contains 29 recommendations and explicitly highlights intra-articular corticosteroid, hyaluronic acid AND platelet-rich plasma as the areas where better research is still needed - including osteoarthritis characterisation, subgroup and severity stratification, control for bias, and cost-effectiveness analysis.

A Bayesian network meta-analysis of 48 Level I-II randomized trials (9,338 knees) with a minimum 6-month follow-up ranked the four commonest intra-articular injections. HA and PRP both significantly improved pain versus placebo; HA, PRP and BMAC all significantly improved function versus placebo. SUCRA rankings were PRP 91.54, BMAC 76.46, HA 53.12, corticosteroid 15.18 and placebo 13.70 - corticosteroid ranked barely above placebo at six months and beyond.
